Is the price really the same when I renew?
Yes. The price listed for web hosting is the regular renewal price. There is no discounted first term that jumps up later.
How many websites and mailboxes can I have?
There is no fixed limit on websites, domains, mailboxes or databases. They need to fit within your plan's storage and the service terms.
How does the free migration work?
Fill in the migration form with your domain and current provider. If your setup is compatible, we move your website and email for free and check everything with you before you switch.
How am I billed?
Starter, Standard and Advanced are billed every 3 months. Larger plans are billed monthly. You can see the billing period for each plan in the table above.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Web hosting comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Domains cannot be refunded, because we pay the registry as soon as you register one. The domain stays yours.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Every plan has the same features, so upgrading only gives you more storage. You can start small and move up when you need to.
Is a domain included?
Domains are sold separately, at prices kept close to cost. You can also keep your domain where it is and point it to your HEO hosting.
Where is my data stored?
HEO Systems is a Dutch company, and your customer data is stored within the European Union under the GDPR.
