Managing Your Account and Login Details

HEO Systems uses different logins for billing, web hosting and game hosting:

• Blesta Client Area: services, invoices and support tickets
• DirectAdmin: websites, email and other web hosting settings
• Calagopus: game servers

Find your hosting login

Web hosting: each web hosting service has its own DirectAdmin login. You can find it by opening that service in the Client Area.

Game hosting: all your game servers use the same Calagopus account. Your initial password is usually shown under the first game service you ordered. If you have changed or forgotten it, reset it from the game panel login page.

These logins are separate from your Client Area account. Changing one password will not change the others.

Lost access?

Use the password reset option on the login page you are trying to access and check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact support so we can help you recover it. There is no need to order the service again.

Want to give someone access to a game server? Add them as a Calagopus subuser instead of sharing your own login.
