Managing Subusers in Calagopus

Add a subuser

1. Open your server in Calagopus and go to Subusers.
2. Select Create and enter the person's email address.
3. Choose only the permissions they need.
4. Send the invitation and ask them to follow the link in their email.

Permissions can include the console, power controls, files, backups and databases. Be careful with file access, as configuration files can contain passwords or other secrets. You can only grant permissions you have yourself.

Change or remove access

Open the menu next to a subuser and select Edit to change their permissions or Remove to revoke access to this server. This does not delete their Calagopus account.

If Create is unavailable, check your permissions and the subuser limit shown in the panel. Everyone should use their own account rather than sharing the owner's password.
