Accessing Your Game Server in Calagopus

HEO Systems uses Calagopus to manage game servers. Orders, invoices and services are handled separately in the Client Area.

Find your Calagopus login

All your game servers use the same Calagopus account. The initial password is usually shown under the first game service activated on your account.

If you have changed or forgotten it, use the password reset option on the game panel login page.

Open your server

1. Sign in to the Client Area and open your game service.
2. Follow the game panel link in the service details or welcome email.
3. Sign in to Calagopus and select your server.
4. Open Console and start it. Wait for the startup process to finish and check for errors.
5. Copy the server address and port shown in the panel into your game. The panel URL itself is not the address players connect to.

For Minecraft, make sure your edition, version and required mods match the server. You may also need to accept the Minecraft EULA before it can start.

If your server is missing from the panel, contact support with the service ID.

Next, you can connect through SFTP or create a backup before changing anything.
